Exmouth - Unbranded - Vintage Crested China Two Handled Square Vase (?) - 4.5 cm

Bearing the arms of the Exmouth. Probably dating to the early part of the 20th century when these crested china pieces were at the height of popularity. Two Handled Square Vase (?). I'm not exactly sure what this piece represents.
