This is a Pooh's Blue Balloon money box made by Royal Doulton, England, as part of the Winnie The Pooh Collection. It features Winnie the Pooh and Piglet standing on either side of the Balloon.The piece was modeled by Shane Ridge and was only produced between 1997 and 1998.
