The plaque has to be a rare, collector's item, produced in the late 20th century, but I'm not sure where. The centre has a glaze, but not the edges. It's a very good effect. It has a great decorative design with fishes around the edges and a fishing boat in the centre, making it a really unique piece of modern Christian cultural pottery.
