This listing is for a clear glass State of New York toothpick holder with gold decor. It was introduced in 1899 by the US Glass Co. It is also known as US Rib. The toothpick has a square shape at the rim with a wide gold band. The four sides are also squared and comprise columns all around. The footed base is also square and has an incised design on the underside. The gold band decor does show wear but is still very prominent. Measurements are 2 1/2" h and 2" w. This piece is in very good condition...no chips, cracks or roughness.
