This listing is for a clear glass Oval Star child's toy set spooner that is more often used as a toothpick holder. The dimensions are 2 1/2" h and 2 3/8" w. This pattern was introduced in 1910 by Indiana Glass and was only made as toy glass sets for children. This piece has a wavy scalloped rim ( with one chipped area as shown in photos). There are three large embossed rosettes with a large incised center button. Between each rosette are vertical incised, curved lines with notches. The base is flat and rounded off with the same rosette design on the bottom. Other than the one chip, this toothpick / toy spooner is in good condition.
