This is a classic Royal Doulton figure entitled the Balloon Man. It has superb colours and looks excellent when on display. He has no chips or cracks and is 1st quality. It was modelled by Leslie Harradine and first issued in 1940. Doulton's range of balloon figures became perennial favourites with collectors. The figure stands 7½ inches tall. The base has a Royal Doulton backstamp with model details.
