This piece is so unusual and fun. It reminds me of upside down scarecrow pants. It is signed and dated on the base. If have been informed it is signed by Alex Andreani who used to work out of Rochester New York I was able to find one other examples of her/his work in the same style just slightly diff shape and colors and selling for $425 This piece is in absolutely perfect condition Measurements are in photos It is very well done and is Murano style quality glass. It would look stunning with flowers in it but is also a really neat abstract piece of art decor. One of a kind for sure.
