Degenhart Glass Figurine Wise Owl on Books Blue Cobalt Just Blue Glows

This owl is a deep cobalt blue. I believe his color is one of the many cobalts possibly Just Blue # 257 in the Degenhart list of colors. I have included pictures under UV light. He glows with more chartreuse than shows in the photos.
