Old but undated and I’m not an expert. Could be Victorian. It’s been in the family for 50 years as I know and wouldn’t have been new. It’s in good condition but has a cgip on one handle where a little nodule is missing. It stands 23cm tall 15cm across. It is currently in Congleton, east Cheshire but could be collected from Wembley.
