This is a white china miniature, Bottle/Jug which was made as a souvenir of the South African Union. Gemma Crested Ware, made by Schmidt China in Czechoslovakia. On the base, the “Gemma” backstamp is enclosed in a shield with crown above, this logo being used between 1918 and 1945.
