This is an illustrated collection of Karatsu Ware, Japanese pottery produced traditionally in and around Karatsu, Saga Perfecture, these from the Hizen region of Saga. The book was printed in Japan, published in 1965, originally in 1958. This is a rare and valuable collection for any pottery enthusiast. Book is in excellent condition, please see photos. Past owner has added own logo and date book obtained - 1972 inside front and back of book.
