It is sculpted by Jack Glynn and is number 3 in a Limited Edition of 500. It was introduced in 2000 and is 7.5” High. th Century when a soft paste Parian body was used. The inspiration for the piece was probably Fable Fourteen written by John Gay entitled ‘The monkey who has seen the world’, first published in 1727.
