This is a clear and frosted art glass paperweight with controlled bubbles. This decorative piece is signed, I believe it says Williams 94. The intricate design and use of bubbles create a unique and visually appealing accent for any space. There is some sort of visible flaw on the glass surface next to the line of bubbles, I can't feel it but it is there. Please see all photos.
