Handt thrown terracotta with hand painted blue Agapanthus or Allium bloom. A lovely example of a hand decorated dish/ shallow bowl from Chelsea Pottery( 1952-97). Incised ' Chelsea' mark. Decorators mark on front ( unidentified, possibly Amanda Barrie ).
