I have seen this applied glass style assigned to Steven's & Williams however I am not certain. The vibrant colors of blue & Orange make this a striking art glass vase. The applied glass flower and Leaves are overplayed on a colorful spatter background. Two applied handles and a flared base add to its charm. Measures approximately 8.75" tall.
