Rare 1920s Edward Rithner glass paperweight with a white frit logo hovering over a ruffled blue ground with white outline. The logo is of the Imperial Glass Company. It has a flat bottom with an etched glass center. Dimensions are 3 inches wide, 2 1/4 inches in height and it weighs a little over 21 ounces.
