c1890 Art Nouveau French Bronze Vase signed by Artist

There is a pinhole in the base and I'm not sure why as it's very thickheavy bronze, the hole is too small for a lamp cord and it would not look rightmounted. 881.7 grams. Fine porcelain, glass will likely be mint unless I describe otherwise.
