This is an attractive miniature mug/tankard and looks like it could be of Foreign manufacture.I would date it to late Victorian c1880s-90s but it could be earlier.It has a pretty blue background with hand applied three white dots interspersed with a rose head and leaves with gilt top and bottom rim and handle and it is in a very good condition with some crazing and it’s overall measurements are 2.8cm tall x 2.7cm in diameter.
