This product is a beautiful 7.5-inch round porcelain collector plate with a classic blue and white Oriental floral design. It has a glossy finish and is vintage in style. Condition: I think it may be a second because the pattern is very slightly faded in one area. It doesn’t detract from the overall look. I have priced it lower to reflect that.
