Blenko Glass Ruby Red Apple Figurine / Paperweight, Hand Blown with Smooth Bottom. It is 3” tall and 3.5” wide. It is in very good condition. The only condition item I can see is a very slight flea bite at the top that is really only visible at a certain angle and light. I tried to capture it in the last picture (lower left of the window reflection).
