No chips or cracks their is some scratching in the base. Hey these vintage old ashtrays can't stay perfect however it's not bad. I can't tell if it is Sapphire or Turquoise but it is very beautiful none the less. The Blenko Catalogs didn't help me in determining the difference. If you have questions please message me.
