Blenko 6424 Crystal Vase 5 1/4" tall Crackle Glass

The pieces extend over a few years but I am not an avid Blenko dealer or collector so I may not have all the pieces titled correctly. This is a vase made by Blenko in the USA. It is crystal clear in color and is made in Crackle Glass.
