This is a beautiful Barbara Heard Raku Pottery Art Bowl with bead and feather details. She has been committed to ceramics since 1977, pit firing is her specialty. She makes pieces on the wheel and after they are fired to 1900 degrees, they are placed in seawater to absorb the smoking ash.
