Small Multi-Faceted Cut Glass Crystal Paperweight. Black Austria Crest. Approx 27mm dia Very difficult to photograph, but basically it is a crystal cut ball with a flat base (with black baize fabric), the top has an angled slice off the top so that you can see the Austria Crest on the base.
