A striking art glass vase with a elegant elongated form, raised on a clear glass foot with a wide flared rim. The body is finished in soft opaline blush pink glass, decorated with bold abstract splashes in cobalt blue, yellow, amber, and smoky brown — applied in a fluid, gestural style reminiscent of Murano and Mdina glassmaking traditions. The combination of the delicate opaline ground and vivid abstract colour work gives this piece a wonderful mid-century character.
