This is for an art glass paperweight. The blue flower sections have controlled bubbles and are covered with little bubbles. It has a pontil on the base. No maker markings. There are a few scratches but no cracks or breaks seen. I'm unsure if the paperweight has been dropped of if it is part of the design. Please view the last picture. It is in a good condition based on the last picture being part of the design.
