You are looking at a beautiful pedestal or vase. I believe it is a McCoy because of finding one on Google and EBay. This item does have some issues. Photos #6 and 7 show some spots near the bottom and a repair a spot near the bottom. It measures approximately 16 1/2” tall x 9 3/4” across the top x 8 1/4” across the bottom. PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT ALL 11 PICTURES AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION AND TO DETERMINE THE ACTUAL CONDITION. Thanks for looking, Karla G/brush
