Antique Victorian Blue & Clear Wrythen & Ribbed Glass Bell

A Victorian glass "wedding" bell frigger, the large blue wrythen glass bell with ribbed clear glass handle, as shown. Displays well. Handle possibly reset. Top of handle cut and polished, so may have had "bobble" decoration, but I'm unsure.
