I am unsure who the maker is it is in the style of Staffordshire but I cant say for sure, there are some engraved marks on the base (see close-up photo). There are 2 bamboo rods that have wear around the edge rims, 1 has a chip cluster that may have been repaired and the other rod has a dark chip/nik to the edge (see close-up photos). There is a small bare glaze spot on the boys trousers. Vase tubes are water tight. Item will be well packed with Royal Mail tracked delivery.
