Stunning antique trinket box. Beautifully decorated with oriental garden scene on cobalt blue ground. Gilded edges to lid and box, classic style feet under the box. Looks like hand painted of Japanese style motifs to me. Unfortunately the box has broken into pieces and unprofessionally glued together with golden coloured glue. The lid is in good condition with a few minor chips around rim. Number marks on base of box and to inside of lid. Nice piece of artefact.
