These is a pretty porcelain plate with pierced border. It is decorated with a print of fruit. It is continental hard paste porcelain. The back has a makers mark: M&B on ananchor. - but it dates to between about 1880 and 1900. This is a ribbon plate - so called because it is designed to have a ribbon threaded through the holes and be hung on the wall as a picture.
