Antique Meissen PIll Trinket Box Hand Painted Courting Couple Porcelain Germany This exquisite small porcelain box features a hand-painted scene of a courting couple in a pastoral setting on the lid, accented with intricate gold gilt scrollwork and patterns around the sides. The hinged lid is secured with a brass or bronze metal rim and clasp. The bottom features a blue crossed swords mark, indicative of Meissen craftsmanship. Very good condition.
