The origin of the Swan Service dates back to Heinrich Von Bruhl of Meissen. He commissioned the service for King Agustus II of Poland in1740. This item is a Herend copy of a Swan Servic plate. It is produced with the Birds and Foliage in low relief and the plate has a scalloped edge. The painting is superb and the detail is fantastic.
