Stunning antique hand-painted blue vase in the Art Nouveau style, manufactured by the Ernest (Ernst) Wahliss factory of Vienna, Austria. The red shield coat of arms mark on the bottom (EW, Turn Vienna) dates this piece to the period 1899-1918.
