This listing is for an eapg Scroll w/Cane Band amber stained toothpick holder. It was made by the West Virginia Glass Co. in 1894. It was designed to mimic cut glass. The glass is clear with soft yellow staining on the fans and buttons around the main body. It has nice weight to it. It is in great condition for almost 130 yrs of existence. It measures 2 3/8"h and 2 1/4"w.
