This listing is for an antique eapg-era art glass Bulge Base IVT cranberry toothpick holder. IVT stands for Inverted Thumbprint. The thumbprints are pressed onto the exterior which allows them to be felt on the inside. The color is very rich. The maker is not verified. There are many options, including Phoenix Glass or European. It was most likely made in the late 1890's. Interestingly, the base is clear, as seen from the side. It measures 2 1/4" h and 2" w. Excellent condition...no damage found. The bulge on this piece is narrow.
