Made in Czechoslovakia: Springer & Co. Possibly 1890's 1900, could be earlier. The shoe has a green glazed body decorated with gorgeous white porcelain floral garland. There is a charming white cat wearing a ribbon around her neck, her facial features are hand painted and is adorable.
