this rare footed trinket box / casket is in good condition with no damage however the brass rind has come undone and will need to be glued back on (as found ,as you can see in the photos) the original brass gilded footed ring is made of brass with great detail and retains much of the original gilding as you can see in the photos , the white and gold painted decorations are exquisite and has no damage retaining 100% of the original design, very nice item however the brass ring holding the top glass will need to be glued back on we will leave that for the new owner to do as we are not qualified to do it properly this how we found this item at a local estate sale here in northern California , we did not clean it or attempt to repair it , the item is just as we found it.
