Gorgeous antique lidded vase in cobalt blue. Made by Royal Limoges between 1901 and 1910, the vase has Handpainted gold decoration a d transfer cartouche of maidens. In addition there are coloured jewels to add to the glamour (likely clay). This is a large French made porcelain vase of the Art nouveau period and yet other than crazing with age, it is in fantastic condition without chips or cracks. I have included a photograph of the vase next to a tall bread bin and kitchen utensils to show scale.
