Handmade Antique (1890-1910) Aqua Paperweight with red, white, & blue floral center; 2.5” height x 3.0” diameter. Appraiser estimated this was made around 1910 but family lore places it around 1890. Some scratches and chips on surface as visible in 4th picture.
