21cm, very good condition, no chips or cracks. Minor fadings on gold rim. They both are signed in gold by A. Balque Dresden. From my Google investigation I found out A. Balque was an late XIXc early XXc artist and his painted ceramic pieces are being sold in auction houses such as Christie's.
