It's a Sweet Briar Plum Overlay Basket. It has a ruffled rim, and is signed by Brenda Pezzoni and Lynn Fenton. It is dated 1997, and says #1253 (production #). Lovely hand painted piece. This is a great piece for a Fenton collector, or to use as a decorator piece.
