This is light green Chartreuse Green cut to clear crystal made in Belgium by Val st Lambert- pieces are signed on bottom. This is either the Gevaert TCPL or Seville TCPL pattern. This is the larger decanter, they made a smaller cordial decanter too that about 13" tall and small cordials around 5" tall.
